The challenge was to simplify cooperativism and bring it closer to the audience. I knew the target audience was people living in smaller towns who valued closeness and that’s why we completely redesigned the company’s digital strategy. From positioning and tone of voice to a full moodboard, we delivered more than 135 slides that were presented and are still used daily by Sicoob. They remain a guiding principle to this day!
